Questions to be addressed at the seminar will be:
- Panorama of youth volunteering in different countries in Europe: What are barriers for young people to get involved in volunteering?
- What are tools and best practices to promote youth volunteering? To overcome these barriers?
- Panorama on policies and strategies to promote youth volunteering: What happens in the participating countries? What works?
- How to set up a youth volunteering policy?
- How to promote this policy with decision makers?
- What recommendations can we make to European policy makers out of the experience of the participating countries?

Participants can contribute with their own expertise in the field of youth volunteering in their country and could benefit and learn from the experiences of the other participants coming from all European countries. Organizers would like to compare efforts to strengthen youth volunteering in Europe and extract European recommendations from them. The discussions can help participants is developing their own strategy to promote a youth volunteering policy with government in their countries.
