The Second Black Sea Regional Civil Society Organizations’ Forum
Yerevan, December 17 - 20, 2005. The Second Black Sea Regional Civil Society Organizations’ Forum took place in Yerevan. It was a unique and historic meeting as representatives of Civil Society Organizations’ of all 12 member-states (Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey and Ukraine) of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation, as well as observers from Nepal and Czech Republic participated in the forum.
