The Foundation contributes to integration of cultural and artistic initiatives into all spheres of social life. It provides social and legal support to artists, cultural workers and creative groups. Foundation assists in organizing international and local conferences, seminars and other educational and scientific meetings and events.

The main role of Foundation is:
- To support and favour the development of fine arts, study of art, music, literature, modern artistic trends and currents.
- To favour the development of management of culture in Ukraine through introduction of common pilot projects.
- To found temporal and current exhibitions, galleries, stores, internet-galleries, opening days, courses and trainings.
