	European Journalism Fellowships In Berlin Berlin, Germany, October 2007 - July 2008. Journalists from across Europe and the United States are invited to apply for the European Journalism-Fellowships, offered this year for the 9th time by the Journalisten-Kolleg of the Free University of Berlin.


	Call for partners East-West training course Grenzenlos/MELANGE from Vienna/Austria in co-operation with “Academy of Ukrainian Youth” in Lviv/Ukraine is planning on applying for an east-west training on the new generation of the programme YOUTH, on NPO-management and on co-operation EU-EECA. The training shall take place in Lviv, Ukraine in late spring 2007.


	International Fellowship Programme (IFP) The International Fellowship Programme (IFP) for Central and Eastern European (CEE) Foundations and NGOs invites applications and searches for host institutions for its third round, beginning in spring 2007. The Programme offers foundation and NGO staff (young leaders as well as executives) from eight CEE countries the opportunity to work for up to 12 weeks in non-profit host institutions abroad.

	Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows maintain full-time residence at the International Forum for Democratic Studies (the Forum), the research arm of the Endowment, located in Washington, D.C. The Forum hosts 12 to 15 Reagan-Fascell fellows per year for periods ranging from three to ten months. The program offers two tracks, a practitioner track and a scholarly track.
