Організація CEI (Central European Initiative) пропонує гранти для письменників віком до 35 років з країн, що не входять до ЄС. Грант передбачає стипендію у розмірі 5000 EUR на трьохмісячне перебування у письменницькій резиденції в одній із країн-учасниць програми за вибором апліканта. Дедлайн - 30 квітня 2017 р. (далі - англ.).

The Central European Initiative (CEI) Fellowship for Writers in Residence is an award aimed at encouraging cross-border cooperation and promotion in the field of literature. It is open to young writers under 35 years of age from non-EU CEI countries (Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia and Ukraine). The winner will receive a cash award of 5,000 EUR for a three-month residence permit in any CEI Member State of the candidate’s choice. During this period, the selected author will work on the literary project he or she proposed in his/her application.  
 
Applications must be sent by regular mail to the Slovene’s Writers Association  by 30 April 2017.
 
The winner will be guest of the 32th Vilenica International Literary Festival, taking place on 6-10 September at various locations in Slovenia.
