Проект шукає активну молодь для міжнародного культурного обміну між такими країнами: Литва, Україна, Кіпр, Вірменія, Румунія та Сербія. Завданням проекту є громадянська освіта учасників в мультикультурному середовищі за допомогою методів театрального та перформативного мистецтва. Дедлайн – 7 березня 2018 року.

Критерії відбору:

• наявність біометричного паспорту або діючої візи;
• вік 18 -25 років; 
• досвід волонтерства;
• зацікавленість у міжнародному проекті, пов’язаному із театром та інклюзією;
• знання англійської мови;
• активність, проективність та комунікабельність (далі – англ.).

The project seeks active youth to create conditions for the friendly exchange of initiatives, cultural traditions and national visions between the youth of Lithuania, Ukraine, Cyprus, Armenia, Romania, and Serbia; to provide for the civil development of the participants in multicultural environment via method of theatrical performance.

The project goal will be achieved due to objectives:

1. Bringing together young people from 6 EU and Partner countries in Trakai, Lithuania building up space for the open, friendly and active communication on the problems of social adaptation of young migrants in the youth environment;
2. Providing space and platform for conduction of constructive discussion and selfpresentation in multicultural community;
3. Investigating elements of refugee youth involvement (multiculturalism, tolerance, partnership and dialog) from partner’s perspectives.
4. Developing critical thinking, ability to correctly filter social information, to generate ideas and work in a team; 5.Establishing new international contacts between people for developing and realization of other joint projects in future; 6. Enhancing the level of young people’s knowledge Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Cypriot, Armenian, Romanian and Serbian cultures;
7. Expanding the participants’ ideas about the life of young migrants;8. Assisting in overcoming inner prejudices and stereotypes related to migrants and finding the ways of their adaptation in the youth environment
9. Analyzing European values of inclusive society as an ultimate guideline of social development
10. Encouraging open reflection of individuals and groups on gained insights.
11. Revealing inner potential of communication with community through live theatrical performance.
Preparation activities will be aimed at stimulating participants’ passion for being involved into the process of intercultural cooperation and friendly dialogue about socializing migrant youth through non-formal education before face-to-face meeting. Evaluation and Dissemination activities will help participants become social agents of positive thinking about migrants in their local society. We believe that development of youth incorporates enhancement of its civil activity in multicultural environment of the project via non-formal technique of theatrical performance.
