До обов'язків експерта належатиме аналіз законодавства, розробка чек-листів та нової методології роботи проектного офісу. Дедлайн - 2 березня 2018 року (далі - англ.).

Position Summary:

Technical Regulation & Check-lists drafting Expert will analyze legislation, develop check-lists, draft new methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Higher education with a degree in Metrology or other related technical field.
• Strong knowledge in the field of technical regulation and the state market surveillance.
• Knowledge of the EU and Ukrainian legislation on technical regulation.
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and English with highest standard written literacy.
• Legal drafting skills.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Work in a metrology institute or other institution in the area of technical regulation.
• Experience in drafting legal documents, guides and technical documentation would be an advantage.

Indicative duties and responsibilities:

• Analysis of the compliance of national legislation in the field of state market surveillance to the relevant EU legislation and standards.
• Analysis of European best practices and drafting new operational procedures and methodologies.
• Preparation of guidelines and recommendations.
• Development of technical regulations compliance check-lists for inspectors.
• Development of check-lists drafting methodology.
• Work with responsible public authorities.

Contract Duration and Timing:

Full time position based in Kyiv. The total duration of the consultancy is expected to be 6 months with possible extension.
