Фахівець братиме участь у запуску та тестуванні ІТ-систем, здійсненні бізнес-аналізу та розробці технічних замовлень на вдосконалення систем, розробці електронних форм та інших допоміжних веб-інструментів. Business Analyst & Development  Expert will assist in launching and testing of  IT  systems, to provide business analysis and to develop technical orders for systems improvement, to develop e-forms and other assistive web-tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical background in Computer Science or other relevant to Information Technologies.

• No less than 5 year experience in IT.

• Good knowledge of data-bases and computer networks management.

• Strong knowledge of management of end user accounts, permissions, access rights.

• Strong knowledge in web-development.

• Knowledge of information security principles and best practices, experience of managing information security risks.

• Experience of work with data basis in different software environments.

• Experience of testing desktop and web applications and products.

• Good knowledge of technical writing and Ukrainian standards in preparing technical  documentation.

• Strong business analysis.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Decent experience in web-development would be an advantage.

• Experience in IT engineering or IT architecture would be a great advantage.

Indicative duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze logic and workflow of market surveillance under new model of operation.

• Develop technical orders for improvement of the market surveillance the IT-systems.

• Provide assistance to market surveillance bodies on IT-systems launching and testing.

• Develop public APIs, e-forms and other web-tools facilitating consumer access to information and enabling them in claiming their consumer rights.

Contract Duration and Timing:

Full time position based in Kyiv.

The total duration of the consultancy is expected to be 6 months with possible extension.
