Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementation for Political Party program activities;

• Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, workshops and other events as required;

• Provide daily political updates;

• Assist in preparation and drafting activity reports;

• Observation of Political Party program supported activities in different cities in Ukraine;

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate; relevant degree programs might include, but are not limited to, political science, international relations;

• Keen interest in Ukraine’s reform and political processes;

• Strong analytical skills;

• Ability to work in a team and under a time pressure;

• Strong written and oral communication skills;

• Fluent English and Ukrainian;

• Willingness to travel within Ukraine;

This is a paid internship. Details and the schedule will be discussed with the successful candidate.

NDI will provide mandatory consultations and trainings for an intern. Interns are encouraged to attend workshops, lectures and other staff development events at NDI.

Duration of the internship:  6 months with a possibility of extension.
