Charity Fund Tabletochki is looking for a Head of Fundraising department (Director), who together with the team will provide Tabletochki with funds to help children with cancer across Ukraine.

Requirements:

+ Experience in sales \ marketing \ business development;

+ Experience in project management, team management;

+ Excellent communication skills;

+ Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English;

+ Advanced user of Microsoft office programs;

+ High standards of professional service, client-oriented;

+ Team player that respects diversity;

+ Inspirational leader and mentor.

Responsibilities:

+ Provision of financial resources;

+ Management of a team of 4 people (goal setting, performance evaluation, development, and support);

+ Financial and project planning of the department (annually and quarterly).
