WHAT IS OUR PROJECT ABOUT?
“Social Entrepreneurship (SE): Tools and Trainers” is an Erasmus Plus Project, main component of which is customization of tools for designing and running of social enterprises and realization of the Training for Trainers (ToT) on Social Entrepreneurship (face-to-face or online, through a multilingual eLearning platform).
The long-term blended training course aims at the development of capacities of educators to engage in SE training activities.
The objectives are
- to provide educators with SE customised, specific tools and methodologies for
educational interventions
- provide space to share tools and test newly develop SE tools
- to develop their competences in using the newly developed tools
- to develop their abilities in facilitation competencies regarding regional/community development through social entrepreneurship
- to provide space for discussing forms, tools and approaches for the education of young people and youth workers in SE sphere.

The timeline:

First phase: from 3rd to 12th of February, 2020 (ToT in Armenia)

Second phase: from 3rd to 12th of April, 2020 (ToT in Armenia)

E-learning: February to June, 2020 (conducted via the internet, no travel is required)

Practice phase: February to April, 2020 (conducted in your home country)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are searching for 25 trainers/educators from Armenia, Germany, Moldova, Poland, Ukraine, who will enlarge their Social Entrepreneurship Education capacities and approaches, support the awareness-raising of SE in their national and local communities, contribute to increase of potential social entrepreneurs in their countries.

WHO CAN APPLY?

We are looking for motivated and eager to learn educators and practitioners in the youth training and youth work field, who are interested to develop their abilities in SE education and are passionate about creating / developing tools for SE educators and sharing developed tools. The profile can include, but is not limited to:
❏ NGO trainers eager to learn and implement business approaches in their activities,
❏ Business trainers who want to add social entrepreneurship aspects to their work,
❏ Social Entrepreneurs who want to engage in educational activities as trainers
❏ Youth workers who want to educate in SE field,
❏ able to work in English.
