Context:
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Emergency and Stabilization Programme Coordinator, and under the direct supervision of the Head of Field Office, the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of IOM Ukraine’s Emergency and Stabilization efforts carried out by the Field Office in Donetsk.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
• High school diploma/certificate with four years of relevant work experience
OR
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or Procurement) from an accredited academic institution with at least two years of relevant work experience.
Experience
Languages
Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is required.
