Тренінг з адвокації за участю німецьких та польських експертів (що приєднаються онлайн) у рамках проєкту «Разом - ми сила».

This event is designed to have exchanges on current challenges in the field of human rights. Together with German and Polish partners from the human rights field we will discuss how best to talk and blog about human rights related work in our communities to get as many people as possible involved. 

«Advocacy Training» is 2-days event where the participants will merge antidiscrimination approach on important social issues with blogging tips and tricks to create the opportunity for young people to have their voices heard.

Our coaches (will take part using Zoom-conference)

Magdalena Świder − member and trainer in The Antidiscrimination Education Society, long and rich experience of working in Campaign Against Homophobia where she has been doing advocacy on national and international level.

Wiebke Eltze − studied political sciences; worked in networking and counseling in the field of Antidiscrimination; since some years as a freelancer: Speaker, Trainer and Coach for preventing right-wing extremism, group hatred, racism, antifeminism and homophobia.

We invite young people, who are interested in issues such as human rights, advocacy and blogging to take part in the school. The number of participants is limited, so the organizers will select applicants on a competitive basis.

The school is offline, conducted in compliance with all quarantine requirements.

Working language of school is English.

The main objective of the project «Together we can!» is to provide young people with the tools they need to become successful video bloggers for the promotion of human rights-based values in their local communities.  In this way, the young people get empowered to become role models for values of pluralism and human rights in their regions and in the Ukraine. «Together we can!» provides safe spaces for an open dialogue between young people and invites them to talk about the current political issues they are interested in.
