Women in International Security for Eastern Partnership (WISEP) aims at empowering women coming from Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries in fields of international security and politics. The ideal WISEP candidate is a socially active female leader between 25 and 44 years of age, coming from an EaP country whose work or interest focus area is international security and politics. Accepted candidates will attend informative and inspiring leadership workshops which will be conducted in-person in Warsaw and/ or online, depending on the format and COVID-19 restrictions. The workshop sessions consist of Organizational and Personal leadership workshops, while the third session will be the mentoring session dedicated to the Empowering leadership. First two workshops will be held on two weekends (on Fridays and Saturdays) and the mentoring sessions will consist of 2 meetings with mentors per month during 3 months of the project which will prepare participants to establish their projects in their respective countries. Participants will be required to organize 2 in-country meetings with high-representatives of international politics and security for women from their communities. The last 3-day summary meeting of participants and our experts is planned to take place in Warsaw.
