The Sunshine Children’s Center is looking for a Director of Development, Fundraising and Communications, who will lead, motivate and inspire the Fundraising and Communications team to increase both income and awareness of this children’s foundation.

About the Center/About us/About the organization

The “Sunshine Children’s Center” is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit, charitable organization founded in November 2003 to help children in crisis. We are supporting a full-functioning social rehabilitation center for traumatized children.  Further, in our own trainings center we spread and promote the modern educational and psychotherapeutic methods, which are necessary to help children to recover. We also organize summer and winter camps for at-risk children.

Your Tasks/Main responsibilities

To lead and manage a Fundraising and Communications team currently with 3 staff members.

To develop and deliver a Fundraising Strategy as well as programs to maximize awareness and fundraising opportunities.

To be responsible for implementing the Fundraising Strategy in order to increase income.

We are looking for an inspirational and driven leader, with a ‘can do’ attitude and collaborative management approach

We expect:

Demonstrable experience of developing, building and managing successful donor relationships

Strong verbal communications skills and exceptional writing skills

Strong personal skills with experience of inspiring, persuading and motivating donors, supporters and staff

Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Your Salary:

8’000-30’000 per month, depending on your success.
