Established in 1951, IOM is a Related Organization of the United Nations, and as the leading UN agency in the field of migration, works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners. Context:
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and Emergency and Stabilization Programme Coordinator and direct supervision of the Programme Officer (TRD), the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of IOM Ukraine’s Emergency and Stabilization efforts carried out by the Project Office.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
OR
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in scientific disciplines, public administration, political science, economics, or law) from an accredited academic institution and at least four years of responsible work experience.
Experience
Languages
Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is required.
