ОБОВ?ЯЗКИ ТА ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ

У межах делегованих повноважень SMM-менеджер(-ка) у тісній співпраці з Координатором відділу відповідатиме за такі обов’язки:

• Здійснення комунікаційної діяльності для просування проекту та обміну інформацією про проект;
• Створення стратегії в соціальних мережах, які забезпечуватимуть результати на основі KPI;
• Створення календаря вмісту та планування/контроль публікацій;
• Проведення аналізу ефективності кампанії в соціальних мережах і звітування за результатами;
• Надання дієвих рекомендацій залежно від ефективності та аналізу тенденцій;
• Створення системи, яка дозволить масштабувати зусилля Фонду у соціальних мережах на всіх платформах і проектах;
• Досягнення зростання та залучення спільноти соціальних мереж;
• Надання відповідей на запити та коментарі споживачів у соціальних мережах;
• Впровадження та керування платними кампаніями в соціальних мережах (Facebook Ads Manager);
• Регулярне оновлення інформаційних матеріалів проекту, включаючи звіти, брошури, листівки тощо;
• Створення та підтримка іміджу та репутації проекту та Фонду завдяки якості та надійності, забезпечуючи прихильне ставлення громадськості до проекту.

Introduction

The Right to Protection (R2P) is a charitable fund that strives for Ukraine to become a country where refugees, stateless, non-citizens and displaced persons enjoy dignity and protection. For the project, we are looking for the SMM Manager to become a part of our team to share our values and to strengthen R2P potential.

The Project is focused on monitoring, protection counselling, and advocacy facilitating freedom of movement in the government controlled areas along the line of contact and in entry exit checkpoints to non-government controlled areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

Within delegated authority, the PI Assistant in coordination with PI Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

• Carries out communications activities to promote and share information about the project;

• Create social media strategies that will deliver results based on KPIs;

• Create content calendar and schedule/monitor posts;

• Conduct social media campaign performance analysis and report;

• Provide actionable recommendations depending on performance and trend analysis;

• Create a system to make R2P social media efforts scalable across all platforms and projects;

• Achieve social media community growth and engagement;

• Respond to consumer queries and comments on social media;

• Implement and manage paid campaigns in social media (Facebook Ads Manager);

• Regularly updates project’s information materials including reports, brochures, leaflets, etc;

• Builds and sustains a project’s image and reputation for quality and reliability, ensures public views a project favourably.

Required qualifications 

• University (Ms) degree, preferably in social sciences, journalism, law or other related fields of disciplines;

• Cultural sensitivity and diplomacy;

• Time management and communication skills;

• Familiarity with Ukrainian society, institutions, agencies;

• Knowledge of PR in social networks;

• Reasonable familiarity with humanitarian themes such as displacement, education, shelter, food security and nutrition, health, livelihoods, protection, water, sanitation and hygiene;

• Excellent Ukrainian & Russian and English language proficiency;

• Relevant working experience, over three years preferred.
