Charitable organization “ROKADA CF”, implementing partner of the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine, announces a competition to fill a vacancy “GBV Officer”.

Responsibility:

• ·         Prepare and maintain a work plan that achieves planned activities.
• ·         Coordinate the regional GBV Focal points (FPs): 1 social worker and 1 psychologist in 10 regions. In total 20 people in 10 regions.
• ·         Provide direct support to GBV FPs in implementing regional activity plans.
• ·         Conduct capacity-building sessions and training for the FPs and other relevant staff on GBV and PSEA.
• ·         Oversee the quality of information/data collection and advocacy related to protection, health gaps, and services.
• ·         Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and three-month work plans promptly, and incorporate supervisor feedback as requested.
• ·         Conduct awareness-raising campaigns for internal staff, implementation partners, and local and IDP communities.
• ·         Provide technical support to adapt GBV case management services to meet the age-appropriate needs of child survivors.
• ·         Establish an internal and external referral mechanism to identify and refer GBV survivors.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree or equivalent in Social Work, Gender Studies, Sociology, Humanitarian Studies, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in GBV, protection, and humanitarian or development programming at the national or international level. 
• Previous experience in GBV Prevention and Response is required.
• Knowledge and experience in protection from sexual exploitation and abuse PSEA will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of English is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong computer, time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a demanding, changing, and high-pressure environment.
